A lost key is not an emergency

You can order a replacement key online, below. If you are locked out, call us on 03300 16 00 15 and select option 2 — we'll arrange for a contractor to come and let you in. A £50.00 call-out charge applies, in addition to any replacement keys.

Open Monday to Friday, 9am–5:30pm. Please bring photo ID. We'll arrange a time with you once the payment has gone through.
